By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site presents information about The Unsung Hero and related projects, including pages such as Home, About, Music, Videos, Store, and Contact. It may display merchandise and release information and may link to streaming, social, and store platforms. The Site itself does not process payments or fulfill orders unless a page clearly says otherwise.

  1. Third-party sales and platforms (Shopify, ElasticStage, and others)

Merchandise shown on the Site’s Store pages may be fulfilled through a separate Shopify store (for example theunsunghero.myshopify.com). Physical and digital music releases may be offered through ElasticStage or similar partners. Streaming and video may link to platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube, and others.

If you buy, stream, or create an account on those platforms:

  • That platform’s terms, privacy policy, pricing, shipping, returns, and customer service apply to the transaction or account

  • - Rock n' Roll Records, LLC is not the checkout merchant for those third-party purchases unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise

  • - Product descriptions, formats, and availability are controlled by the listing on that platform

Please review the third-party terms before purchasing or creating an account.

  1. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Siteincluding text, photographs, images, graphics, logos, audio/visual materials, layout, and compilation—is owned by Rock n' Roll Records, LLC or used under license, and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.

You may:

  • View and browse the Site for personal, non-commercial use

  • - Share links to the Site

You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • Copy, download (except ordinary browser caching), reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit Site content

  • - Scrape, harvest, or use automated means to extract Site content at scale

  • - Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices

  • - Use Site content as training data for AI models, NFTs, or merchandise without a valid license from us or from the applicable third-party platform listing

Purchasing a product or downloading files from a third-party platform does not transfer copyright in the underlying works unless that platform’s license expressly says so.

If you email us, use the Contact form, or submit the mailing-list form, you grant us the right to use the content of your message and the contact details you provide to respond and to operate our business.   1. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCK N' ROLL RECORDS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply. Exclusive venue for disputes that may be brought in court is the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
